Facilities Manager - Portfolio of Commercial Properties - London - Up to £42k + Package

Are you a Facilities Manager looking for an exciting new challenge?

Would you like the opportunity to manage a small portfolio of commercial properties, all located within a close proximity?

I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to work alongside one of the countries leading Managing Agents, who require a motivated individual to implement a 5* FM service, across a small portfolio of commercial buildings.

* Exposure to a new build sites, requiring extensive fit out management to both commercial and retail floors as well as defects and snagging management.

* Annual service charge budget management with preparing, monitoring and reconciling a service charge of £2 million.
* Daily client and tenant liaison.
* Overseeing fit out/ refurbishment works whilst ensuring tenants are minimally affected.
* Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site.
* Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA's.
* Work effectively with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Prepare management reports for on site staff.
* Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants.
* Undertake regular building inspections.
* Audits and inspections of supplier delivery.


* IOSH / Nebosh qualification
* MBIFM - Member of BIFM (Desirable but not essential)

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a small number of commercial buildings. This role is paying a salary of up to £42k + Package.
