Facilities Manager -Portfolio Multi-Tenanted Commercial Buildings - London - Up to £55k + Package

Are you a Facilities Manager, who would love the chance to manage a small portfolio of multi-tenanted commercial buildings, located in the heart of London?

I am currently a driven and customer focused Facilitates Manager to implement a 5* FM service, across a small portfolio of multi-tenanted commercial buildings.

* Annual service charge budget management with preparing, monitoring and reconciling a service charge of £2 million.
* Daily client and tenant liaison.
* Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site.
* Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA's.
* Work effectively with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Prepare management reports for on site staff.
* Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants.
* Undertake regular building inspections.
* Audits and inspections of supplier delivery.


* IOSH / Nebosh qualification
* MBIFM - Member of BIFM (Desirable but not essential)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to manage a portfolio of commercial buildings. This role is paying a generous salary of £55k + Package.
