Facilities Manager - Portfolio of Commercial Properties - Fenchurch Street - Up to £46k + Package

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager, who has experience in managing a portfolio of Commercial Properties?

Would you like the opportunity to manage a small portfolio, consisting of a variety of buildings, from Grade 2 listed to brand new, multi-tenanted commercial buildings?

I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager, to be based in the city of London. The role will involve providing a 5* FM service to a variety of tenants across London, whilst delivering hard and soft service contractor management, health & safety management, service charge budget management and daily tenant liaison.

* Annual service charge budget management with preparing, monitoring and reconciling a service charge of £1.5 million.
* Daily client and tenant liaison.
* Overseeing fit out/ refurbishment works whilst ensuring tenants are minimally affected.
* Defects and snagging
* Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site.
* Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA's.
* Work effectively with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Prepare management reports for on site staff.
* Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants.
* Undertake regular building inspections.
* Audits and inspections of supplier delivery.


* IOSH / NEBOSH qualification
* MBIFM - Member of BIFM (Desirable but not essential).
* Managing Agent experience
