Facilities Supervisor - Roaming Position

£35,000 - £38,000 + Car + Fuel

Location - North of England

The Company -
This is one of the largest Facilities Management companies in the country. They have different arms of the business outside of Facilities Management and have a solid foundation that they were built on more than 50 years ago.
There ethos is to ensure that the client is happy at all stages and they do this by ensuring that are they're stuff are multi skilled and always put customer service at the forefront of the job that they do.

The Role -
This role is a roaming management position. The successful applicant will be required to cover the north of England from Newcastle to Yorkshire and the North West.
The successful applicant will oversea 12 sites with 12+ engineering Service Managers on each site ensuring that they are fully achieving there -
- KPI's
- Following the SLAs in place
- Client satisfaction and retention levels
- All site health and safety
- Budgets

Successful Candidate -
The candidate that this client are looking for will have to have a minimum of 5 year's previous experience in a similar role and be looking over the next couple of years to take there next step in management. As a minimum my client are looking for -
- Trade background (Electrical Preferred)
- 5 Year's experience as a Supervisor
- Drivers License
- Willing to travel
