Finance Administrator - Richmond - £21k + Study Package

Duties and responsibilities of the role

* Purchase invoice posting and maintenance of ledger
* Sales invoices matching and remittance posting
* Assisting with admin issues in the accounts department
* Responding to supplier queries
* Indexing, Filing
* Scan documents to Onbase (Document Management System
* Assist with processing supplier payments
* Assist with raising demands and credit notes
* Journals in Sage 200- e.g. Intercompany
* Bank Reconciliation in Sage 200

Work Experience Requirements (Not Essential)

* Advance user of Excel is desirable
* Experience of Sage 200 is desirable but not essential

* Ability to use initiative
* Team Player
