Finance Assistant - Clevedon BS21- £30,000 PA

Our Client is a multinational construction and development company seeking a Finance Assistant to join their Successful Team based in Clevedon. Being one of the largest construction companies in the world, this position is not one to be missed.

If Successful your primary focus will be managing the purchase ledger by processing invoices and dealing with internal and external queries.

Your Responsibilities Include:



* Processing and checking invoices
* Dealing with Accounts Payable queries
* Monitoring and prioritising the finance mail boxes
* Reviewing Aged Debt report
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers
* Reconciliation of Supplier Invoices

Requirements needed:



* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
* Solid team working skills
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Good Problem Solving Skills
* Knowledge of Excel
