Finishing Foreman / Manager

Manchester

£35,000 + Package

The Company:

An excellent opportunity has become available from a client of ours who are a National contractor with a strong base in Mancheaster. They are currently looking to recruit a Finishing Foreman who will have experience in working on large new build accomodation projects.

Project:

Finishing Foreman to oversee internal finishing's, quality and snagging/defects to a new build Student Accommodation in Manchester, value £35million.

The Role:

Finishing Manager must have experience of internal and external finishing's and be able to drive a job to practical completion. Finishing Foreman wishing to apply will ideally have a trade background i.e. carpenter / joiner, and have a keen eye for snagging and finishes, and being able to manager various sub-contractor packages, details and methodical with snagging and defect lists through to completion. The role will also involve being on the tools and getting involved when necessary.

Key Requirements:



* Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
* Finishing Manager must be able to manage snagging / defects, write reports and report back to the Site / Project Manager
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
