My client, an established Housing Developer is looking to hire an experienced Finishing Manager for a 7 month contract to work on a residential project in St Albans. This company is very well established, who demand a very high quality of professionalism throughout their business.

* Overseeing the internal packages
* Snagging & De-snagging
* Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
* Managing finishing trades on site
* Health & Safety
* Managing the programme
* Following Quality Control
* NHBC liaison

Skills and Experience,

* Trades background
* Previous Housing Development Experience
* Proven experience of supervising would be an advantage
* First Aid


* Competitive salary
