First Line Support Executive Role:
  • Deliver technical support, answering queries online or over the phone/via email
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for support queries
  • Take ownership of user problems, proactively dealing with their issues
  • Support users in the use of Computer equipment, delivering necessary training and advice when required
  • Manage complex service issues by funnelling them towards the relevant members of IT support
  • Liaise closely with external agencies for technical support when issues cannot be overcome in house
First Line Support Executive:
  • Educated to degree level in a STEM related discipline
  • Discernible interest in Technology/IT
  • SQL knowledge is desirable
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
