Do you have experience within Fleet Management? This leading construction company are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team in Watford.

You will ideally have 12 months minimum experience and have an understanding of Car Fleet Management

This is a temporary position 12 weeks + paying £12 - £15 ph PAYE

Working hours are 8-5:30 Mon - Friday

You must be immediately available or on a maximum of 1 weeks notice.

Fleet Admin Responsibilities:



* Monitor the email inbox and action / respond efficiently
* Answer all telephone calls regarding Fleet enquiries
* Maintain all vehicle records are accurate on the system
* All fleet administration duties
* Produce reports on the fleet operations

Fleet Admin Requirements:



* 12 months experience in Car Fleet Management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be highly organised and able to prioritise work
* Great customer facing skills
* Advanced level skills in the use of MS Excel
