Are you a customer service administrator with fleet experience? Do you want to prioritise your own working day, and enjoy keeping busy?

Our client in South Birmingham (B37) is looking for a customer service advisor to join their expanding team, managing high volume accounts. This is a really good opportunity for someone who has either worked with fleet management previously, or for someone who has high levels of customer service in another industry.

Your Responsibilities will be

* Be a dedicated point of contact for drivers, customers and suppliers
* Manage the communication with all external parties, spanning across the client fleet, client HR and drivers.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the content of all reports produced for your customers and able to explain at fleet manager level.
* Flexible in your approach, you will be able to manage other customers' accounts during peak periods.
* Proactively manage and follow-up vehicle orders and renewals, produce quotes, track orders to delivery and secure orders from drivers considering taking any cash option
* Ensure Car Policy conformity and inform the client fleet contact of next steps with drivers for new orders
* Work closely with Implementation and Account Managers to minimise manual process workarounds, ensuring accounts are professionally managed and client's needs are fully understood and documented and SLA's/KPI's are continually met. Seek to maximise profitability and secure customer retention
* To exceed the expectations of internal and external customers through the quality of customer service. Ensure that any customer enquiries or issues are handled efficiently and effectively. Manage resources and workloads to ensure that SLA's are exceeded.
* Work with peer group and Leadership Team in the development and maintenance of systems and manuals and ensure that all areas are taken account of in design.
* Create and sustain mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external customers and suppliers, managing those relationships in a way which enables the company to retain business and gain maximum value.

Your Skills/ Experience

* Strong customer focus
* Experience of working in a fleet customer service role previously
* Knowledge/experience of vehicles/cars etc from a previous role
* Effective communication - both written and verbal
* Ability to plan & organise
* IT Literacy
* Proven ability to work under pressure
