Your Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the facilities management business to succeed with maintenance contracts (hard services and soft services), within their current PFI stronghold and also with private sector clients. Non-PFI market sectors that this company currently work with include education, retail, commercial real estate and industrial.

As Business Development Manager, you will:



* Drive FM performance across the Northern region
* Research, prepare, and submit bids for FM contracts and projects valued £50k to £5m
* Liaise with current and prospective clients, delivering presentations to increase FM revenue across Manchester and the North business
* Track the market to identify opportunities
* Assist in the mobilisation of FM contracts.

About You

You will be experienced in the Facilities Management field, and fully understand the FM bid process. You'll have a proven track record of developing new business in FM, and demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of FM contract research, preparation, bidding and mobilisation. You'll be commercially-aware and able to maintain relationships with existing facilities management clients.
