Company Overview

A national Facilities Management company are looking to add to their team in West Yorkshire. They are looking for a Contract Manager to report into the Account Director of a large, multi-site FM contract.

The company has an outstanding national reputation, and woks with a range of blue chip clients delivering hard and soft FM services, as well as life cycle projects.

Your Package



* £43,000 - £50,000 salary
* Car allowance of £5,100
* 33 days holiday (including statutory)
* 40 hours Monday - Friday

Your Responsibilities



* Manage the delivery of hard and soft FM services to a large regional client
* Strategically develop the commercial opportunities within the contract to drive extra revenue and cleint satisfaction
* Drive contractual performance to ensure that the contract is extended during any tender process
* Ensure optimum staffing structures are acheived throughout the contract
* Achieve targets within the financial budget of the contract, in conjunction with the Account Director
* Ensure that a level of service is delivered that meets the service level agreement (SLA)
* Provide strong leadership, guidance and coaching when required to ensure that all staff deliver a best practice service
* Ensure that each site's Facility Coordinator has the capability to deliver all services on their site
* Produce periodic reporting on the success of the contract delivery
* Manage a delivery team made up of contract support, administration, sub-contractors and direct engineers (3).

Your Skills & Qualifications



* You must be time-served in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical or fabric)
* Experience of managing a maintenance budget (the Account Director holds P&L responsibility)
* Experience of managing on a total FM contract that includes mechanical and electrical engineering, cleaning, security, grounds maintenance and pest control
* Flexibility to work around the needs of the contract and the client
* Experience of managing a direct team and sub-contractors
* You must have a technical background and experience of delivering a total FM contract.
