Your New Role

A leading Facilities Management company have recently won a maintenance contract with a heavy industry client. They are looking for a Project Manager to manage all minor works and lifecycle projects on the site (building services only) valued from £10k to £1m. They already have a large pipeline of projects for the new FM Project Manager to get stuck in with!

This is not a high-value construction role, and it requires someone with vast experience of M&E upgrade projects.

Your Package

* £55,000 - £60,000
* 20% annual bonus
* 33 days holiday including statutory
* Strong pension scheme

Your Responsibilities

* Manage the complete delivery of all projects
* Work with the FM maintenance team to identify further project revenue
* Liaise with client to build a strong partnership of trust
* Projects will largely include M&E upgrade programmes and some fabric works
* Develop the client relationship to develop the project pipeline
* Manage sub-contractor delivery
* Report into the Head of Projects.

Your Skills and Qualifications

* NEC3 Experience
* Background in a heavy industry, power or highly-governed environment
* M&E or construction background
* Excellent client-facing skills
* Ability to manage a project from the initial enquiry to handover.
