Company Overview

Established in the early 2000s, this reputable regional FM company are looking to add a Technical Contract Manager to their expanding team in the face of multiple contract wins and retentions. They are a company that provide a stable working environment to their 130+ staff by delivering a best-in-class service to a range of clients. Clients include universities, colleges and the health care sector, plus others.

If you are time-served in a mechanical maintenance discipline, and have demonstrable managerial experience, I want to hear from you.

Your Package

* £40,000 - £45,000
* Company car or allowance

Your Responsibilities

* Manage a team of 25-30 engineers plus help desk
* Report into the Service Director
* Deliver a high-class service to a range of clients
* Provide technical guidance on HVAC issues
* Knowledge share with the wider management team
* Manage full P&L for your contracts

Your Skills & Qualifications

* Time-served HVAC maintenance engineering background (essential)
* Strong working knowledge of heating and air conditioning planned and reactive maintenance
* Experience of managing a team of engineers
* Budget management responsibility (desired)
* Excellent client management skills
* Highly-organised
* Demonstrable experience of improving a team through coaching and effective management.
