FLT Driver / Stores worker required on a contract basis to join an industry leading engineering and manufacturing business.

Do you have a background of working in a busy stores / warehouse environment? Have you got a valid counterbalance licence and driving licence? If you are seeking an exciting challenge then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:



* Ensure that all material receipts are completed for goods in requirements.
* Locate incoming goods into the correct location ensuring the correct labelling has been applied in accordance with the stores procedure.
* Allocate, pick and and issue materials to manufacturing and production.
* Ensure that finished goods are packed correctly and shipped in a timely manner with the correct documentation.
* Drive company vehicles when required for deliveries and pick ups on an adhoc basis.
* Proactive approve to health & safety.

Experience:



* Previous experience in a stores / warehouse
* Previous experience in a manufacturing / production environment would be advantageous
* Must hold a valid FLT licence
* Must hold a valid driving licence
* Good PC skills
* Ability to work as a team and adopt new working methods
* Good knowledge of H&S
