This leading firm of corporate real estate advisers, who boast an impressive list of over 200 clients, are seeking a talented Freelance Chartered Building Surveyor to complete a corporate dilapidations survey and accompanying report for a client of theirs. With an outstanding reputation in the industry, the successful completion of this assignment could lead to further lucrative work with the firm. It is thought that the project should take roughly two days.

The role:



* Completion of commercial dilapidations survey
* Drawing up of the associated report for the client
* Review the lease and discuss any potential liability

Requirements:



* MRICS qualification essential
* Experience in the preparation of schedules of dilapidations and associates reports
* Strong communication and client facing skills

In return:



* Day rate of up to £400 per day
