We are looking for an experienced customer service coordinator to join a growing client based in Newbury. If you are a confident communicator, experienced using Microsoft Excel, a quick learner and have a technical mind, this is the opportunity for you! The role is permanent, full time, starting ASAP, paying up to £18,000, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch break and an ASAP start.

Job Responsibilities:
*Assemble products
*Adapting products to meet customer needs (e.g. changing the wiring or drivers)
*Testing faulty products to identify the problem and batch
*Understanding the products enough to provide solutions to problems
*Assist with wiring up display stands/showroom and help with setting up for exhibitions/shows
*Going onto customer sites to fix problems (occasionally)
*Help in warehouse with picking and packing when required
*Help out with odd jobs in the office

Preferred Skills:
*Some electrical experience would be hugely advantageous
*Organised and enjoys variety
*Can handle time pressures
*Highly practical and hands on
*Excellent communicator - written and verbal
*Experience using SAGE would be advantageous
*Previous product and technical background/knowledge would be advantageous
*Data processing - speed and accuracy
