German Speaking Customer Representative, Central London

Our client are a leading name globally within the field of cybersecurity.

They're looking for conscientious customer service representatives fluent to a minimum of business proficiency in German to help them manage existing client accounts and win new ones in this exciting hybrid role. You'll be as confident communicating in English as you are in German, with a keen commercial eye for your assigned territory.

The Role: Graduate Customer Representative

As Graduate Customer Representative you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service, acting as the link between existing clients and the Product team. The successful candidate will be a personable problem-solver who is resourceful and highly organised. 

You'll communicate with customers over the phone and via email and cover everything from processing orders, providing quotations, troubleshooting and offering advice on company products. You'll find new ways to broaden your network of referrals, providing outstanding service and delivering on the client's already stellar reputation. You'll also reach out to new potential clients - winning them over on what makes this client really stand out from their competitors.

As Graduate Customer Representative you will also provide customer feedback to the sales function and the technical teams, driving continual improvement to technology and internal systems that you use to manage process and assignments. 

Graduate Customer Representative – what you get:
