Are you a global Compensation and Benefits specialist looking for a new hands-on challenge? Are you keen to expand your experience within a great organisation for the charity sector?

Our client a successful and fast paced Charity with a global network is currently looking for a Global Compensation and Benefit Manager. Paying up to £46,000 with a great benefit package and based in Central London, this role is ideal for someone looking for the next step up or a side-step into the Charity sector.

The purpose of this role is overseeing the benefit practices within the organisation and work closely with offices worldwide to ensure global alignment of compensation packages. As the post-holder you will provide analytics to aid retention, positive work environment and engagement from the staff.

Main Responsibilities include:
*Working with providers on global salary and compensation market data to present informed decisions
*Responsible for the planning, obtaining leadership/organisational buy-in, development and implementation for all compensation and benefits offerings through collaboration with internal stakeholders including the Senior Leadership Team
*Oversee the development of education on best practices relating to all aspects of compensation, including job evaluation
*Review, negotiate and monitor contract provisions with vendors and service providers
*Managing the Global People and Culture People Metrics and Dashboard, reporting regularly to line manager and senior executives (this will be supported by the Reward, Recognition and Engagement Officer)

As the ideal candidate you will have or be:
*Strong previous experience of working in a Human Resource team as a Compensation and Benefits
*CIPD qualified or equivalent i.e. certified Employee Benefit Specialist
*Previous experience of working with Global stakeholders to manage, design and implement new policies
*Proven capability to analyse, report and maintain benefit and pay practices
*Excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise with members at Director, Regional and Global
management level.
