The Graduate Business Development Executive will be responsible for their own territory immediately, enjoying a role that is autonomous and deals with clients on a face to face basis. Generating new business, you will identify and contact prospective clients, meeting with them to develop rapport and emphasise the company’s proposition. Involved in the entire sales cycle, you will also cross/up-sell to existing clients to ensure a steady revenue stream. This exciting, varied role involves working from home, attending sales team meetings and visiting clients - the successful candidate will need to be disciplined.

The Role:
  • Strategically generate new business throughout East Anglia/East Midlands
  • Meet with prospective clients face to face to emphasise the company’s offering
  • Develop rapport with existing clients in order to up/cross sell
  • Manage your meetings/schedule from home and attend sales team meetings in the office
  • Manage your territory, prioritising potential and existing business to maximise revenue
You:
  • Educated to degree level
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
  • An influential personality with fantastic interpersonal skills
