Job Title: Graduate Corporate Development Analyst
Location: Central London
Salary: £27k (up to £35k OTE)

Sector: Technology - RPA /AI

Our software client are pioneers and highly specialised in their field; they’ve gained a blue-chip client base over the years and with some ambitious expansion plans on the horizon they’re hoping to harness the energy of graduate talent to grow their company even further.

Some of the key areas you’ll be working on within the Corporate Development Team will be:
  • Increasing operational effectiveness
  • Shaping and executing against our global expansion strategy
  • Designing processes and strategic platforms to facilitate expansion
  • Developing the service propositions that accompany our best-in-class core product offering, and enable us to differentiate in the market
The ideal Graduate Corporate Development Analyst will possess an understanding of finance and corporate strategy, in addition to having the presentation and communication skills necessary to speak to people from all areas of the business, of varying levels of seniority.

Working as an integral part of the Corporate Development team on a variety of strategic initiatives, you’ll be:
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders from all departments across the business
  • Embracing, contributing and initiating improvements across the business
  • Assisting in the setting and establishing of realistic plans, expectations and goals across the business
  • Accurately measuring and interpreting results and performance
  • Collaborating with other departments to define and document key processes
  • Shadowing senior professionals in order to further your skill set and broaden your understanding

What you need:

  • Educated to degree level (ideally in a Finance, Maths or STEM discipline)
  • A solid understanding of finance and/or strategy
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Maturity and autonomy
