Graduate Customer Account Manager

Location: Rhyl
Salary: £20,000 (up to £30-35k OTE!)

They’re looking for Graduate Customer Account Managers to help deliver first class service to their existing clients, and win over new ones on their behalf!

  • Managing an existing portfolio of accounts
  • Staying on top of industry developments, trends and competitors
  • Building a comprehensive knowledge of the organisation’s products and services
  • Developing your rapport with clients, identifying opportunities to up/cross-sell
  • Consulting with clients on their renewals, and making sure they’re getting value from their solutions
  • Retaining clients and making sure they’re getting the best service
  • Attending team meetings and reporting to the Managing Director regularly
This role is a great opportunity for an autonomous, highly driven graduate to take charge of their career progression by managing their own schedule. You’ll get the variety of having a fun, dynamic office base as well as the flexibility of being able to get out and meet your clients at their sites.

You’ll be joining a smaller team, giving you ample opportunity to benefit from the knowledge of your seniors, and have your contributions recognised.

  • Educated to degree level
  • Some knowledge/experience of B2B sales (highly desirable)
  • Confident and affable communication style
  • Comfortable working on own initiative
  • Must have a full UK driving licence
