Graduate Customer Experience Representative, London

Salary: £25k (up to £40k OTE)

REF: J2632:LON

A leading cybersecurity client of ours is on the hunt for ambitious graduates to join as a Graduate Customer Experience Representative – in this exciting graduate role you’ll be responsible for maintaining client relationships. You’ll act as the intermediary between them and the internal service teams, effectively bridging the gap between technical expertise and the first rate customer experience that our client is known for.

You’ll be highly driven, collaborative and skilled at ascertaining the needs of your clients.

Graduate Customer Experience Representative - the role:
  • Basic salary of £25K

  • Keep ahead of trends and developments and apply best practice
  • Compile accurate reports for internal and external use
  • Educated to degree level
  • Proven experience in a client facing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Great time management and organisational skills
