Graduate Inside Sales Executive

Location: Lincoln
Salary: £20k (up to £30k OTE)

Graduate Inside Sales Executive – the role:
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual targets
  • Self-generating a proportion of sales opportunities via telephone, email and online sources
  • Managing sales opportunities through to conclusion 
  • Effectively demonstrating and presenting all products and services 
  • Committing time to personal and role development 
  • Maintaining acceptable levels of sales activities (which includes calls, proposals and demonstrations)
  • Working closely with internal departments within the sales, delivery and support process Contributing to internal and external sales and marketing communications
  • Documenting and maintaining activity in the internal CRM system 
  • Timely and accurate sales pipeline reporting and feedback to sales management
Training on products will be provided, as well as accredited and industry recognised sales training – your role could include everything from online presentations and demonstrations through to negotiation and sales closure for our smaller clients.
