Graduate Recruitment Associate

Location: London
Salary: £24-28k (+uncapped OTE)
REF: J3083:LON:D

Our client specialise in assessing and recruiting qualified candidates within financial services. They works in close partnership with their clients to deliver the best results for both their immediate and longer term business requirements. They’re looking to bring on board Associates to help them continue delivering on their reputation for quality service!

The ideal candidate for this role will have entrepreneurial drive, a great relationship centric manner, and want to start their career in recruitment. If you have the talent, work hard and deliver results you could quickly progress to managing your own set of customer accounts with excellent earning potential.

You’ll get:
  • A basic salary of between £24-28k (dependent on experience)
  • Uncapped OTE

You will assist and build relationships with both business professionals and company executives through regular phone and face to face contact. You’ll be accountable for networking and establishing long-term relationships with clients and candidates. This position requires resourcefulness, integrity and a great attitude.
  • Developing beneficial long term relationships with candidates during the interview, briefing and follow up processes
  • Researching business development within your specific industries & networking
  • Build both client and candidate databases and subsequently delivering solutions to clients
  • Strategically identify and profile candidates before interviewing them
  • Utilise social media and LinkedIn in order to develop your own network
  • Attend appointments and take feedback across the UK
  • Manage the interview process and scheduling
  • Attend client meetings with consultants in order to impact on sales and support them in closing business
  • Develop rapport confidently with both candidates and clients to drive revenue
Requirements:
  • A university graduate
  • A problem solver with tenacity and drive
  • Self-confident, positive and able to take ups and downs in stride
  • Have a people oriented and relationship-driven personality
  • Organised with great communication skills (written and verbal)
