The Graduate Sales Development Representative will join a tight knit team of 4, within one of the fastest growing VC backed businesses globally. You’ll be liaising closely with regional teams in order to implement sales strategy and drive account development nationally. Strategically profiling and generating leads, you’ll proactively schedule qualified appointments with key decision makers, performing regular client outreach. The successful candidate will shadow senior staff in order to learn how to manage relationships and close business independently, help to execute marketing campaigns and engage with clients face to face as well as over the phone.

The Role:
  • Strategic business development with globally recognised brands and organisations
  • Generate qualified appointments with senior decision makes within businesses through proactive outbound prospecting into target organisations through effective use of social media, telephone and email contact
  • Qualify marketing leads from trade shows, events, campaigns and other activities/sources
  • Understand and effectively communicate business and technical challenges to determine if and how prospect can benefit from the solution
  • Shadow senior sales people in order to effectively close opportunities and manage end-to-end sales process
  • Gather sales intelligence around customers situation, needs and decision process
  • Educated to degree level
  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Possess exceptional communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
