Job title: Graduate Sales Manager
Location: Field Sales (East Midlands)
Salary: £23k (up to £33k OTE)
REF: J3762:EM

Sector: Electronics/Electrical Manufacturing

Our client is a well-known provider and distributor of equipment and training support to the HVAC industry – they’ve gained and retained their position in the industry due to continuous innovation, investment and research and a commitment to quality and their customers.

In order to continue expanding their reach, they’re looking to bring on board Graduate Sales Managers to take responsibility for the East Midlands region!

Responsibilities:
  • Researching, identifying and engaging with new customer prospects
  • Arranging site visits where required, and attending industry networking events
  • Providing complete and appropriate solutions to boost company revenue
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing accounts
  • Developing positive business relationships with new/existing clients to ensure future sales
  • Delivering the high level of customer solutions and service the client is known for
  • Researching industry trends, developments and competitive landscape
  • Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure delivery

Package:
  • £23k basic salary

Candidate requirements:
  • Essential: Educated to degree level
  • Friendly, upbeat with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
