Handyperson-Coventry CV1- Must Have DBS- £9PH

Do you have a valid DBS? Are you available to work on an ongoing Temporary position In Coventry CV1 Then you're in luck, we've got the perfect role for you and it starts immediately with pay at £9 per hour. Our client, a reputable company is looking for an experienced Handyperson to join the current team.

As the on site handyperson you will work closely with all disciplines offering help where required. Willingness to learn parts of other depts to ensure smooth delivery of all services.

Your Duties will include:

* Daily meeting room checks ensuring that rooms are clean, tidy and all room equipment is correct and in working order.
* Deal with client room set up requests and returning room to original set up in time for next client meeting.
* Responsible for floor walking around both buildings taking note of any "don't walk by" scenarios and reporting to H&S champion for inclusion in company processes.
* Clearing out items of rubbish and furniture as per client requests.
* General handyman duties around site as per site managers requests - door handles, toilet blockages, lamp changes etc.
* Car park and drainage checks ensuring any litter debris is removed and drain gullies clear.
* Deal with couriers when needed on an ad hoc basis
