Health & Safety/Site Administrator required to join a large joint venture working on a multi-million pound project in Hampshire! They are looking to invest into the right person with aspirations to grow and develop within Health & Safety!


As part of this award winning Joint Venture, they are looking to pay up to £25k PLUS car allowance!!

Hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm


* Long term project to work on a multi-billion pound project!
* Chance to work with an award winning team

Daily duties that you will be doing are;

* Locating who needs what training depending on their role
* Booking training
* Order things such as CSCS cards to those who it applies too
* Run reports, set up COSHH Log ins, check assessments
* Arrange meetings
* Check workers personal details and make sure they are kept up to date
* Organise medicals, alcohol and drug testing's
* Running internal certificates
* Update databases

Successful candidates must have:

* Previous experience working on site or in a project office
* Ability to meet demands
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
* The ability to multitask
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
* Ability to work within a team

It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
