Helpdesk Administrator - Immediate start - £10p/h

BASINGSTOKE - RG21



* Monday - Friday 08.00AM - 5PM
* Paid weekly every Friday
* Experience with a leading company
* On site parking
* Long term secure work
* Immediate start

Your responsibilities include:



* Dealing with communications incoming from the client through the ticket system
* The role will exist of issuing reactive calls to engineers & sub-contractors.

Requirements:



* A proven background in Admin and customer service Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Also the ability to call clients with confidence.
* Excellent organisation skills are essential and must be able to operate Microsoft Office programmes.
