Helpdesk Administrator - Bristol - Leading Company

Are you a motivated and customer focused administrator seeking work in Sittingbourne?

Do you have experience of scheduling, planning or customer servies?

Our leading property client is seeking a driven and motivated Helpdesk Administrator to join the team on a temp to perm basis. Working within a team, you will log, schedule and plan property and building repairs and maintenance via email and phone and schedule / coordinate engineers within a given time-frame

* Monday to Friday - Various shifts available
* Temp to permanent after 12 weeks probation

Duties:



* Responsible for the effective execution of all repairs, maintenance and major works
* Working closely with the Senior Repairs Co-Ordinator for the efficient use of planning and scheduling to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
* To review works orders for accuracy and clarity: clear scope of work and raised with the correct priority
* To prioritise, plan and schedule all repairs via a generated order.
* Issue works orders to the operatives and follow the process to update on site texts received onto REACT. * Manage the 'On-Way' and 'On-Site' screens.
* Prioritise emergency orders.
* To build and promote good working relationships with your colleagues
* Continually improve the planning and scheduling of works orders.
* Liaise with area supervisors on any issues or if site visits need to be arranged

Experience:



* Immediate to start or short notice
* Telephone and administration work experience
* Professional, organised and keen to progress
* Solid IT skills and able to learn new systems
* Previous planning experience desirable but training provided
