Helpdesk Administrator

£19,000 - £23,000

Randstad CPE is working in Partnership with an impressive TFM company who can boast a turnover of £500M a year. They are looking to grow their team which is based from their office in Durham, so, if you're an experienced Helpdesk Administrator, please read on.

* Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role or have proven strong administration skills
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in a busy environment
* It's extremely desirable to have experience in helpdesk systems software.


* Log Calls / Jobs on the helpdesk database utilising helpdesk software. Calls / jobs may be received by telephone, facsimilie, email or in person
* Time reporting of engineers and reconciling data
* Raising requisitions and purchase orders for materials, good and services
* Receipting of goods received against purchase orders
* General administration associated with the Helpdesk
* Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion
* Uploading paperwork rto the internal and external systems
* Raising monthly invoice submitting sheet for head office
* Any other duties that may be required alongside the role.
