Are you a helpdesk analyst looking for a permanent role? This role is based in Wakefield, working 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday. Paying from £18000-22000 per annum depending on experience.

My client is global healthcare technology company and is a well established software house providing workforce management solutions to healthcare organisations in the UK and Ireland.

Requirements:



*

Provide effective 1st and 2nd line application support. Recording full details of all issues in Zendesk ticket system. Solving simple problems and supplying customers with solutions where known.


*

Work with the Help Desk Team and other internal teams to learn how to diagnose more complex problems in order to be able to effectively cover 2nd line support.


*

Contribute to ongoing creation and maintenance of help desk database of solutions. Create 'help' and 'how to' self help documents and customer resources.


*

Enthusiasm for delivering first class technical support and customer service


*

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills


*

Attention to detail


*

Professional and friendly telephone manner


*

Ability to learn new software quickly


*

Excellent written communication skills.


*

5 A* - C GCSEs and 3 A*-C A Levels


* Recently graduated from Univeristy
