£8.92ph + Holiday Pay (Equiv £20k P/A)
Patchway, Bristol

Our leading property maintenance client based in Bristol is seeking a Helpdesk Planner on a temporary basis.


Duties:



* Providing administration support to a major contract
* Arranging engineers work
* Raising Purchase order numbers
* Ordering supplies and materials
* Maintaining internal systems
* Creating and updating new jobs on internal systems
* Registering requirements, complaints and complements via email and phone

* Strong PC skills
* Professional and motivated (essential)
* Able to plan and coordinate workloads
* Keen to learn and develop new skills and training (essential)
* Previous contract support experience or coordination experience (desirable)
* Understanding of property maintenance, FM or construction or similar (desirable)
* You must be able to start IMMEDIATELY - Tomorrow!
