job description

Expertise and compassion make the care you provide of the highest standard. Are you an established nursing home manager wanting to take on a new challenge? With an eye for detail and genuine care for your residents you will take our home from an already great standard to an exceptional one. Situated in the peaceful outskirts of town, our home focuses on the individual care of vulnerable adults with nursing and residential needs. With a salary up to £45,000 per annum and an exceptional benefits package you could be the one to make an impact on the lives of our residents.

About The Role

As Home Manager, you'll have one quality that truly sets you apart from your peers. Unparalleled kindness. And it will impact on every aspect of your work in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care home. Everyone who works at the home understands that the residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. And, by joining them, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.

About You

For you, that will mean the chance to lead that provision through effective leadership and home management. You'll make sure that they have the best people on-site, delivering a truly empathetic service. And, whether you're championing Resident well being, establishing a vision and development plan for the home or carrying out quality assurance monitoring to take them above and beyond regulatory standards, you'll do so with a sense of kindness above anything else.

We're looking for a care home experienced Registered Nurse with current Pin on the NMC register (Nursing Homes only) or S/NVQ4 in social care. You'll also either have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one. Not to mention leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments. And, above all, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind.

Well, after all, it's just in your nature.
