Are you an experienced Right to Buy or Leasehold Officer, looking for work in the Bristol area? Are you looking for you next role with a Leading Housing Provider?

Our client has an immediate opportunity available for multiple Right to Buy & Leasehold Officer to join their team on a initial 6 month period.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of an effective and coordinated service to leaseholders for designated area.

Responsibilities:



* Calculate estimated and actual service charges to all leaseholders, including preparation and generation of all annual service charge certificates.
* Liaise with prospective and actual leaseholders
* Liaise with account services
* Provide specialist advice to leaseholders, tenants and other members of staff and the general public
* Deal with correspondence relating to sold properties
* MaintaIn accurate data in IT systems / Manual systems.

Requirements:



* Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Right to Buy and Leasehold Management
* Experience of working within a public sector housing
* Ability to prioritise workloads, work to strict deadlines and work as a team
* Experience in dealing with enquiries from the public concerning complex legal issues
