Are you an experienced Housing Officer? Looking for your next Part Time permanent position within the Chippenham area?

Our client, a leading housing provider, is looking for a Housing Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant with have full ownership of and manage a mixed tenure patch and provide an excellent service to all customers regardless of tenure.

Responsibilities:



* Carry out housing and support needs assessments, viewings and sign ups, providing all information necessary for customers to understand implications.
* Work with customers in a landlord capacity to manage and sustain their tenancies
* Help prevent and manage cases of ASB swiftly
* Monitor, review and monitor starter tenancies, in line with procedures
* Undertake tenancy audits and other home visites
* Manage applications for tenancy changes

Requirements:



* Be prepared to work flexibly
* Must have a full clean license and access to own transport
* Knowledge and experience of housing and tenancy law
* Experience of working in a customer facing environment
* Excellent organisation skills
* 5 GCSE'S/NVQ2 and numeracy skills or Equivalent
* Competent used or Microsoft Office packages
