Do you have a passion for HR? This leading construction company are looking for a HR associate to join their team in Watford.

You will ideally have 6 months minimum experience and have an understanding of the HR function.

This is a temporary position 12 weeks + paying £12.50 - £14.50 ph PAYE

You must be immediately available or on a maximum of 1 weeks notice.

HR Admin Responsibilities:

* Assisting the HR team
* Understanding of confidentiality
* Data protection
* Generate contracts
* Manage new starter and on-boarding process
* Work closely with key stakeholders

HR Admin Requirements:

* Minimum 6 months experience in HR admin
* CIPD qualification or currently studying preferable
* Good administration and customer service skills
* Strong team player
* Able to work on initiative
* Confident and open minded
