HR Administrator

A family run main contractor who deal with mixed use construction projects are looking for a HR administrator to join their team in Enfield on a permanent basis.


* Team events (drinks, food, parties)
* A friendly team
* Close to several stations and busses for an easy commute
* Room for progression


* Answering the main telephone and taking messages
* Providing advisory and administrative support to managers and employees
* Ensure all aspects of employee administration are completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner

* Strict confidentiality and discretion are fundamental to this role
* Attending meetings on a weekly basis

* Updating project tracker on Excel on a daily basis
* General office typing, including meeting minutes, sub-contractor interviews
* Formatting documents for staff, both in the office and on sites
* Ad hoc admin duties, filing, archiving etc.


* We are looking for you to already have administrative experience gained in a busy HR team
* Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3.
* Alongside this you will have excellent written and oral communication skills
* Able to communicate with people at all levels and be highly motivated with an attention to detail.
