My client is a global tech organisation based around the Brentford area. Further detail on the client may be provided at a later stage.

This company is looking to hire a HR Advisor on a permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR coordination or administration background that is ready to take the next step. In this role you will grow into a Junior HR Business Partner.


* HR system administration and global reporting
* Providing advice and guidance to employees and line managers on ER and general HR issues
* Solving queries coming in to the HR inbox, phone and in person
* Supporting hiring managers at interview stage
* Support in global HR projects
* Support and run training delivery programmes
* Keep HRIS updated and accurate
* Handle employee exit process
* Handle new starter onboarding process

To be considered you must:

* have excellent decision making skills
* have experience working as an HR Administrator for at least 2-3 years
* have an eye for process improvement
* be proactive and outcome oriented
