You will have the chance to play a real part in the operations of this property development powerhouse based in the City. Not only will you be making sure that the office runs smoothly, but you will be able to get great exposure to property development.

You will also be accountable for the creation and ongoing development of the HR processes and procedures for the company in anticipation of the growth that the company is going through. Your efforts will result in high levels of talent attraction and the company will become known as an employer of choice.

THE ROLE



* Creating and executing administrative and HR functions within the office
* Being a point of contact for suppliers etc
* Accountability for H&S and compliance
* Assisting senior members of the team with their HR requirements
* Setup and develope HR Processes - Recruitment, Onboarding, reviews, personal development and administration etc
* Maintain relationships with the future line managers and understanding their needs and requirements and delivering these to external suppliers/agencies and consultants
* General HR Administration

THE PERSON



* High levels of Office Management, Operations and HR experience
* Experience within the property sector would be highly desirable
* Experience of working in a start up highly desirable if not essential
* Highly organised and excellent communicator
* Able to demonstrate the ability to setup systems and processes from scratch
* Working knowledge of MS Office suite.
* Qualified CPD professional
* Fluency is Mandarin would be highly regarded, but not essential
