Immediately available HR Generalist, HR Advisor, HR Administrator or HR Officer needed for an upcoming business peak!

Based in Canary Wharf - our client is seeking a HR Generalist to help out over the next 3+ months, across a wide range of HR duties.

Skill levels between 1-5+ years will be considered, and the role can be tailored to suit your strengths. Most importantly they are seeking someone who can get stuck in and adapt, who is happy to help and has a positive attitude!

Pay will depend on experience level - circa £25,000-30,000 pro ratta , full time contract for 3+ months, must be able to start week commencing Oct 8th (Next week)

General duties and activities may include:

-HR Admin - offer letters, contracts, changes, managing starters and leavers
-Disciplinary & Grievance - advising managers, attending meetings, preparing notes and letters etc
-Performance Management - helping and advising Managers with any performance related issues
-Overseeing the attendance management process.
-General first line HR/ER queries including support to the HR e-mail inbox
-Nationalities audit for Brexit (logging and updating passport information for 535 employees)
-GDPR administration---identify leavers and to delete/retain data in line with our retention guidelines
-Redundancy project: lead/support consultation meetings, preparation of packs, meeting notes, outplacement co-ordination and termination letters
-General support to the HR team and wider business as required.

Who are we looking for?

As you can see it's a varied role, So the successful candidate will be someone who will role their sleeves up and just get on with things. Ideally someone with the following:

-Experience of working in a generalist capacity HR - confident in their own ability and want show it
-Confident operating under minimal supervision at times
-Able to interpret and advise on policy and process, whilst being commercial and pragmatic
-Experience of using HRIS platforms would be great too - but not essential
-Extremely strong attention to detail and accuracy and data management.


It's a very busy time for the team, so we need a self starter, who can think on their feet, be proactive in offering to help where needed.. Also personable with a great sense of humour!!!! We are a fun, down to earth team so we need someone who can compliment our fab team!
