Role: HR Manager

Location: Ealing London

Salary: £50- 60k

Reporting to : Managing Director

Direct reports : 3x Hr Members

Brief

A Healthcare consultancy for life changing injuries is looking for a Human resources Manager to help direct the HR team.

Purpose of the role

To take overall responsibility, with active involvement, for the review, revision and implementation of HR and OD Strategy and development plans; achievement of all workforce related objectives and targets, as set out in the annual business plan; as well as organising and developing HR and Carer support services.

Job responsibilities



* Ensure the effective recording of HR processes and procedures with regular audit.
* Lead on and being actively involved in the delivery of effective recruitment processes, which use all available channels to ensure a pipeline of suitable candidates, particularly for senior and clinical roles
* Lead on and being actively involved in workforce related change management projects, as well as ongoing HR policy and process development.
* Contribute, as a member of the senior team, to the formulation of an overall strategy for the organisation and company decision making on a continuous basis, attending and contributing to management meetings as required.
* Review effectiveness of the existing approach to reward, benefits and recognition ensuring improvements where required to maintain a culture that recognises competence, effectiveness, performance and success.
* Identify future needs, both HR and company wide, required to meet the demands of a growing business.
* Manage and evolve our learning and development interventions, ensuring continuous development needs are met, particularly with regard to support staff.

Personal specification



* Strong management experience
* Non for profit and Public sector experience would be an advantage
* Ability to roll up your selves and the hands on tasks
* Experience with working within the wider business, not just standalone HR experience
