1st Line Service Desk Analyst

Are you looking for a rewarding role with a large health board company?

My public sector client is looking to recruit a Junior Service Desk Analyst on a 6 month contract basis. The successful candidate is customer focused, articulate, have an awareness to pick things up quickly and an excellent interpersonal skills at all levels.

As well as having excellent 1st Line experience you will have strong technical knowledge you must be a strong communicator and have exposure in a voice/desktop environment.

Essential Skills

* ECDL Certification or equivalent/IT qualification or relevant experience
* Awareness and understanding of Microsoft Desktop and OS knowledge, with the ability to follow processes and procedures.
* Excellent knowledge of focusing on remote support delivery.

* Helpdesk / Service Desk 1st Line support exposure.
* Experience of Desktop PC and Laptop Hardware.
* Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems.
* Experience working with Exchange and Active Directory.
* Experience of advanced MS Office support and Office 365
* Experience providing basic network and connectivity support.
* Network printing and printers.
* Customer focused
* Dealing with service requests
* Strong communication skills
