A temporary in house recruiter position has arisen in Peterborough, you will be working with one of the most reputable engineering companies in the UK. If you are looking for an exciting career move, this will be a great opportunity for you.



Key Responsibilities

Working in this busy and fast paced environment, you will be providing day to day support to the Recruiting Team.



Duties will include but are not limited to:-



* Sourcing candidates
* Screening Application Forms.
* Telephone interviewing applicants.
* Supporting Shortlist Meetings
* Facilitating Assessment Centres
* Processing offers
* Provide ad hoc administrative and recruitment duties.



Qualifications and Experience Required



Essential:



* Previous experience sourcing candidates
* LinkedIn searches
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
* Professional Telephone manner
* Strong initiative and problem solving skills.
* Ability to Multitask.
* Available immediately

Desirable:



* Previous Recruitment experience.
* Previous experience using HR systems, such as Taleo
* Degree Educated
