Working for a major non profit organisation based in Stratford, this is a new role working in the innovation team to develop and deliver initiatives and projects that will improve the quality of life for thousands of people.

You will work closely with the Head of Innovation to come up with ideas, concepts and innovations to improve their offering alongside their core Social Housing services. This could be a new connected devices, electric vehicle charging points, innovations around support and care for more vulnerable residents etc. It's a really interesting and broad scope.

You'll be a very creative person, but also super organised with confidence and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll need to build good working relationships with internal stakeholders and 3rd party providers.

As Innovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for finding, testing and scaling innovative solutions which will help to provide better, faster and lower cost services a fast growing, diverse customer base.

What you'll need:-



* Commercial experience in Project Management (in a Jnr PM or Project Support role)
* Strong ability to actively listen, negotiate, challenge and influence at all levels
* Experience in a housing, innovation or product development environment will be an advantage
* Ability to work collaboratively, but possess the confidence to make clear and reasoned decisions as required
* Strong ability to self-manage goals, targets and outputs is required in order to deliver effective change with pace
