Role:
Would you like to work for one of the nations leading Charities? Would you like a position where you can influence strategy, planning and development? My client is looking for an Interim Head of Corporate Finance to lead the organisation's financial planning and financial performance management.

You would report directly to the CFO and will be a member of the directorate management team. You would have 4 direct reports and 4 indirect reports.

They are seeking a driven, experienced individual who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:
Forecast improvement and tighten accuracy
Lead financial planning process and financial input in to the strategic planning.
Continue improvements on reporting to drive insights and actions
Technical knowledge on pensions would be a plus but not essential.

Requirements:
A qualified accountant with significant experience operating at a senior level and working within a complex finance function
Experience of providing financial support and support at director level
A track record of building effective teams
Experience of managing the budgeting process in a large organisation
Sound knowledge of charity financial accounting and reporting rules including the Charities SORP
Financial planning, analysis and reporting skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally
