We are currently recruiting for a sales support administrator to work directly underneath the sales manager to deliver on lead generation, sales office management and administration support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales administration experience looking for their next step in their career. You will be working in a smaller sales team, as part of a huge international organisation.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident, wants to work for a large organisation, is well organised and likes to work as part of a team. Experience is quite open, so whether you have years of experience in a sales support role or are a recent graduate ready for the world of work it could be for you!

Your Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of any leads that come into the branch - contact prospective clients and fact find to determine whether they are relevant for the sales team to follow up
* Ensure call notes are entered into CRM every week by the sales team
* Support with quotes to send to clients
* Support with presentations that the sales team will put together - assist them in sourcing the information, this may include other branches, nationally and internationally and any statistics needed
* Work with sales and operations to follow up and track our success or reasons for failure.
* Support the branch setting up for client visits, making introductions, organise meeting rooms etc.
* Support the sales team with any other administration duties required
* Work alongside the sales district manager, to support with figures, presentations and any other ad-hoc duties

Your Skills/ Experience

* Experience in another support function
* Experience of working in a sales team
* Confident on the telephone - must be resilient when making outbound calls
* Ability to execute task/job functions with limited oversight and direction
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Ability to use initiative and be self motivated within work
