IT Business Analyst

A leading financial services organisation is looking to expand its business analysis team. They are implementing a number of new systems and revolutionising their digital capabilities. You will work on both greenfield projects as well as enhancing existing software and helping the business to implement new systems. Also you will be working with key stakeholders and agile development teams to deliver the core systems that underpin the business.

As the successful candidate you must have:

- A strong track record as an IT Business Analyst working through the full product life cycle

- Experience in financial services sector

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder influencing skills

- Experience of Agile or Waterfall methodologies

- Experience of process modelling and system design tools would be an advantage

- SQL experience

You will be rewarded with the following excellent package:

- Basic salary of circa £35,000 to £40,000 depending on skills and experience

- Up to 20% bonus
